PERBEDAAN SELF-COMPASSION BERDASARKAN DARI JENIS KELAMIN PADA EMERGING ADULTHOOD DI SUMATERA BARAT

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan self-compasion berdasarkan dari jenis kelamin pada emerging adulthood. Jumlah subjek yaitu sebanyak 315 orang, terdiri atas 213 perempuan dan 102 laki-laki. Teknik pengambilan sampel incidental adalah teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Skala yang digunakan adalah Skala Welas Diri (SWD) oleh Sugianto et al. (2020). Kemudian, data dianalisis menggunakan teknik independent sample t-test dengan SPSS windows. Hasil analisis mendapatkan nilai F hitung sebesar 0.175 dan signifikansi 0,676 (p > 0,05). Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan self-compassion pada emerging adulthood berdasarkan jenis kelamin.
