This dance evolved from symbolic representations of community activities, particularly the hard work of farmers in the rice fields, which were later transformed into a dance performance by residents and artists. The essence of the Kebo Kinul movements is derived from everyday community activities. For example, the footsteps symbolize the movements of buffaloes, the shoulder movements represent the strength of the buffalo, and the rotating movements convey energy and enthusiasm. The stiff movements are not considered a weakness of the dance; instead, they have become one of its distinctive characteristics. In addition, the use of costumes made from straw further strengthens the identity and uniqueness of the dance. Furthermore, the costumes and performance forms contain figurative meanings that illustrate the relationship between humans, animals, and the surrounding environment. In general, Kebo Kinul Dance is not merely a form of entertainment, but also symbolizes persistence, togetherness, humility, and gratitude to the Creator for the harvest and the life that have been received
Adiba Ussy Admaja R. This system serves as a foundation for decision-making and helps minimize human error. This study aims to analyze the potential of Big Data in Zakat Management at BAZNAS West Java Province to determine whether it adheres to the principles of good public governance according to Siyasah Idariyah or not. Using an empirical legal method, data was collected through interviews and observations with department heads and staff. The findings indicate that BAZNAS West Java has a strong legal foundation; however, the current digital system is not yet optimal for data processing due to integration challenges, technological capacity limitations, and data quality issues that require improvement. From a Siyasah Idariyah perspective, zakat management at BAZNAS West Java already meets the principles of amanah, ‘adalah, and mas’uliyyah regarding information transparency. This study concludes that there is a need to strengthen technological infrastructure, enhance human resource expertise in data analysis and engineering, and adapt policies regarding digital data governance.
Alvika Jienni Mulia Pangestuti Beni Ahmad Saebani Yana Sutiana Copyright (c) 2026 Alvika Jienni Mulia Pangestuti, Beni Ahmad Saebani, Yana Sutiana https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2026-06-09 2026-06-09 8 4 2095 2106 10.38035/rrj.v8i4.2097 Strategi Guru dalam Mengatasi Kesulitan Belajar Tari: Studi Kasus di SMP Negeri 1 Randublatung, Indonesia https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2152
This study aims to identify dance learning difficulties and analyze teacher strategies in addressing them at SMP Negeri 1 Randublatung. The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through passive participant observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and documentation. The results indicate that dance learning difficulties include wiraga (stiffness in movement), wirama (difficulty adjusting rhythm), and wirasa (lack of expression). Teachers implemented a combination of strategies: expository for introduction, cooperative for group practice, and affective for building self-confidence. The novelty of this research lies in the disclosure of combinative learning strategies (expository, cooperative, and affective) contextually in overcoming difficulties in learning dance in the aspects of wiraga, wirama, and wirasa at the junior high school level.
Siwi Sabilla Sekar Kinasih Utami Arsih Copyright (c) 2026 Siwi Sabilla Sekar Kinasih, Utami Arsih https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2026-06-09 2026-06-09 8 4 2107 2115 10.38035/rrj.v8i4.2152 Pengaruh Strategi Pemasaran Politik dan Niat Memilih terhadap Elektabilitas Calon Legislatif Kabupaten Probolinggo https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2130
This study aims to analyze the influence of political marketing strategies and voting intention on the electability of legislative candidates in Probolinggo Regency. The study is motivated by the phenomenon that legislative candidates’ electability at the local level is shaped not only by the intensity of campaign activities, but also by social closeness and community-based relationships among voters. This research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Data were collected through a survey involving 204 respondents who participated in the 2024 Legislative Election and were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that political marketing strategies have a positive and significant effect on both voting intention and electability. In addition, voting intention also has a significant positive effect on electability. Furthermore, voting intention serves as a partial mediating variable in the relationship between political marketing strategies and electability. The findings indicate that electability is not solely influenced directly by political marketing strategies but is also shaped through the formation of voting intention within a relational social context among voters. This study contributes to the development of political marketing literature, particularly in explaining the formation of voting intention and electability in the context of local legislative elections.
Alfiana Firda Afnaini Cosmas Gatot Haryono Copyright (c) 2026 Alfiana Firda Afnaini, Cosmas Gatot Haryono https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2026-06-10 2026-06-10 8 4 2116 2128 10.38035/rrj.v8i4.2130 Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Status Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Pemanen di PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Afdeling 3 Kebun Dolok Ilir https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2145
Harvester work productivity is a factor that determines the success of oil palm plantation companies in achieving production targets. In order to increase this productivity, an understanding of the factors that influence it is necessary, especially work discipline and employee work status. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and work status on harvester productivity at PT. Pembangunan Nusantara IV Afdeling 3 Kebun Dolok Ilir. The research took place from September to October 2025 with a quantitative approach. The sample determination used a simple random sampling technique involving 60 harvester employees as respondents. Research data was obtained through questionnaires, field observations, and interviews. Data analysis was carried out using validity tests, reliability tests, regression analysis equipped with hypothesis testing, including partial tests (individual), simultaneous tests (together), and coefficient of determination analysis tests were carried out with the help of SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of the study, the existence of work discipline has a significant positive impact on harvester performance, and is proven by the results of significance being less than 0.05 and the magnitude of the regression coefficient is 0.451. Meanwhile, no significant relationship was found between job status and harvester work productivity through a significance value of 0.301 > 0.05, the magnitude of the regression coefficient effect was 0.058. As a whole, work discipline and job status were proven to have a significant impact on harvester work productivity, stated through a calculated F score of 34.146 thanks to a validity level of less than 0.05. Furthermore, the magnitude of the determination coefficient (R²) reached 0.545, proven for both aspects in question can explain harvester work productivity reaching 54.5%, and the other reaching 45.5% is determined by other aspects not discussed in this study. In accordance with the results of the analysis, work discipline is the main variable that has the most influence on harvester work productivity.
Eka Andreansyah Friska Anggraini Barus Copyright (c) 2026 Eka Andreansyah, Friska Anggraini Barus https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2026-06-11 2026-06-11 8 4 2129 2142 10.38035/rrj.v8i4.2145
