The main problem identified is non-standard packaging cuts. The study aims to determine the dominant factors causing defects and to design continuous improvement strategies using a DMAIC-based Lean Six Sigma approach combined with Kaizen, the seven quality tools, FMEA, and the 5W+1H method. The research focuses on five waste-causing factors: machines, materials, methods, manpower, and the environment. Primary data were obtained from observations of packaging defects using a sample of 100 pieces per day, while secondary data consisted of inner cellophane variance before and after improvements. The analysis results indicate that the dominant defect is non-standard packaging cuts, accounting for 73.13% of defects, with an average of 1.95 defects per 100 samples. The initial DPMO value was 8,889 with a sigma level of 3.87. The improvement phase produced six main corrective actions, including machine modifications, process standardization, changes in packing flow, increasing eyemark width, and operator training. The implementation of these improvements successfully reduced cellophane waste from 2.67% to below the company’s KPI target of 0.67%, with the DPMO value decreasing to 2,222 and the sigma level increasing to 4.34. This study demonstrates the effectiveness of Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen in improving quality and efficiency in the production process.
Lifia Citra Ramadhanti, Rizal Effendi, Rakay Edhiargo Toyosito Copyright (c) 2026 Lifia Citra Ramadhanti, Rizal Effendi, Rakay Edhiargo Toyosito https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2044 Tue, 28 Apr 2026 08:25:59 +0000 Identification of Microplastics in the Hepatopancreas of Green Mussels (Perna viridis) in Gunung Jati Waters, Cirebon, West Java https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2045
Microplastics are pollutants commonly found in aquatic environments and have the potential to accumulate in marine organisms, particularly filter-feeding organisms such as the green mussel (Perna viridis). This study aims to analyze the abundance, characteristics, and types of microplastic polymers using a microscope and FTIR (Fourier transform infrared) spectroscopy at two stations in the waters of Gunung Jati, Cirebon, and their accumulation in the hepatopancreas of green mussels. The results showed that the abundance of microplastics in the waters of Station 1 was 0.425 particles/L, higher than that of Station 2 at 0.325 particles/L. In the hepatopancreas of green mussels, the abundance of microplastics was higher in small mussels compared to large ones. At Station 1, the microplastic abundance in small mussels reached 5.80 ± 0.72 particles/g, while in large mussels it was 1.22 ± 0.88 particles/g. A similar pattern was also found at Station 2 with values of 4.78 ± 2.15 and 0.58 ± 0.41 particles/g, respectively. Microplastics in the water and the hepatopancreas of green mussels were dominated by fiber types with a percentage of 95–100%, and the color variation was dominated by black. The identified microplastic polymers include polyester, polyvinyl acetate, nylon, spandex, and polyethylene, as well as natural polymers such as cellulose. This research demonstrates that green mussels have the potential to serve as bioindicators of pollution in aquatic environments and provides a foundation for further research on ecological impacts and marine environmental health. Therefore, there is a need to improve plastic waste management in the Gunung Jati coastal area, as well as to educate the public on how to reduce the use of plastic waste and improve its management.
Nelly Oktaviani Masode, M. This research aims to describe and analyze the role of body conditioning in shaping the movement characteristics of students at Sanggar Tari Srimpi. I utilized a qualitative research method to examine this phenomenon naturally in the field. A choreographic approach was also applied to understand how physical exercise functions as a foundation for movement formation before entering the stage of dance composition. Data were collected through direct observation of the training process, in-depth interviews with the owner and instructors, and visual documentation. The results indicate that disciplined body conditioning, starting from warming up, somatic exercises for body awareness, to muscle strengthening, successfully develops movement characteristics that are fluid (luwes), precise, and calm (anteng). This proves that body conditioning is not merely a supplementary activity, but a crucial strategy for maintaining technical quality and professionalism among dancers in performing traditional dances
Tania Zakiya Rachmah Sugianto, Eny Kusumastuti Copyright (c) 2026 Tania Zakiya Rachmah Sugianto, Eny Kusumastuti https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2046 Tue, 28 Apr 2026 08:51:33 +0000 Bentuk Penyajian Jaran Kepang pada “Tari Alusan” Paguyuban Fajar Lestari Dusun Namar Desa Lemahireng https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2047
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji Bentuk Penyajian Jaran Kepang pada “Tari Alusan” yang dipentaskan oleh Paguyuban Fajar Lestari di Dusun Namar, Desa Lemahireng. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I. The study was conducted from October to December 2025 using a composite sampling method at three treatment points, namely dead fences, oil palm empty bunch application areas (tankos), and plant discs, with a total of 15 samples. The parameters observed included soil physical properties (bulk density, porosity, and texture) and soil chemical properties (pH, organic C, total N, available P, and soil K). The results showed that the bulk density value ranged from 1.32–1.37 gr/cm³, with the lowest value in the organic matter application area. Soil porosity ranged from 48.17%–50.19%, showing an inverse relationship with bulk density. Soil texture was dominated by sandy loam and sandy clay loam. The chemical properties of the soil show a pH ranging from 5.26 to 5.60 (slightly acidic), organic C content of 1.23% to 2.01%, total N content of 0.58% to 0.85%, available P content of 10.65 to 12.13, and soil K content of 0.36 to 0.70. In general, the application of organic matter in the form of empty oil palm bunches has an effect on improving the physical and chemical properties of the soil, although statistical analysis does not show significant differences between treatments. However, the application of organic matter still has the potential to improve soil quality sustainably in oil palm plantations.
Alfin Aziz, Hari Gunawan Copyright (c) 2026 Alfin Aziz, Hari Gunawan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2081 Tue, 28 Apr 2026 09:30:26 +0000 Makna Simbolik Gerak Tari Rejang Adat Tumbu pada Upacara Piodalan Ageng di Pura Batur Banjar Tumbu Kaler Karangasem, Bali https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2050
The Rejang Adat Tumbu dance is a sacred dance unique to Tumbu Village. The Rejang Adat Tumbu dance is presented as a part of the Piodalan Ageng ceremony. This qualitative research aims to reveal the symbols that appear in the performance of the sacred dance during the Piodalan ceremony. Through phenomena arising from the Piodalan ceremony, the researcher employs ethnocoreology and Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic theory. Data were obtained through participant observation, unstructured interviews, documentary studies, and literature reviews. These methods were conducted by the researcher with community figures and religious ceremony leaders at Pura Batur, Banjar Tumbu Kaler. The results of this study indicate that the Ngembat movements to the right and left have a dual meaning: spiritually, as a special symbol of welcome from the angels who dance to greet the sesuwunan and ancestors during the Piodalan Ageng ceremony, and philosophically, symbolizing the ancestors' persistence in weaving pandan mats as a means of the Piodalan ceremony. This performance is an adaptation of the Awig-awig of Tumbu Village, based on the teachings of Tri Hita Karana, which aim to maintain the balance of the universe. The symbols revealed are expected to serve as a foundation for the community of Tumbu Village, emphasizing the importance of sincerity and wholeheartedness in conducting the Piodalan Ageng ceremony.
Ni Ketut Suryaningrum, Usrek Tani Utina Copyright (c) 2026 Ni Ketut Suryaningrum, Usrek Tani Utina https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2050 Tue, 28 Apr 2026 10:14:17 +0000 Perbandingan Biaya Pengendalian Gulma pada 2 Metode Penyiraman Drip Irrigation dan Mist Irrigation di Pembibitan Main Nursery https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2080
This study was conducted at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional 2, Adolina Plantation and the Seed Center. The study was carried out from November to December 2025. It employed a quantitative descriptive method with a comparative approach. The application of the mist irrigation method caused the area around the nursery to become damp, thereby supporting weed growth, as indicated by the relatively high number of weeds growing. In contrast, with drip irrigation, water delivery is more focused on the plant root zone, resulting in relatively low soil surface moisture. In terms of weed control costs, the drip irrigation method incurred a total cost of Rp. 1.420.000, while the mist irrigation method incurred a total cost of Rp. 1.580.000; this is due to differences in the prices of active ingredients and labor costs. This cost difference stems from the cost management plan formulated by the nursery assistant. The application of the drip irrigation method is more effective in suppressing weed growth because water delivery is focused on the root zone of the oil palm seedlings. Based on the results of the study, drip irrigation has proven to be more effective than mist irrigation in controlling weeds in the main oil palm nursery. This conclusion is based on cost, water use efficiency, and weed growth rates for each method.
Putra Jaya Sinulingga, Henry Budi Hasibuan Copyright (c) 2026 Putra Jaya Sinulingga, Henry Budi Hasibuan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2080 Tue, 28 Apr 2026 14:17:11 +0000 Efektivitas Pengendalian Gulma Epifit Beringin (Ficus Benjamina) Menggunakan Herbisida Campuran Glifosat dan Metil Metsulfuron dengan Cara Penginfusan Akar https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2079
The epiphytic banyan weed (Ficus benjamina) is a major problem in oil palm plantations as it interferes with harvesting and reduces productivity. The research was conducted in a smallholder plantation in Rimbun Village, Sipispis District, Serdang Bedagai Regency from August to September 2025. A non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with four treatments and four replications was used, consisting of P0 (control), P1 (glyphosate 8 ml/L + metsulfuron methyl 4 g/L), P2 (glyphosate 10 ml/L + metsulfuron methyl 6 g/L), and P3 (glyphosate 12 ml/L + metsulfuron methyl 8 g/L). The observed parameter was weed mortality percentage up to 30 days after application. Data were analyzed using ANOVA followed by DMRT at 5%. The results showed that herbicide treatments significantly affected weed mortality. Treatment P3 achieved the fastest mortality (100%) at 17 days, followed by P2 at 27 days and P1 at 29 days, while the control showed no mortality. Increasing herbicide concentration amlelerated weed death. The root infusion method proved effective in enhancing herbicide absorption. Therefore, P2 is recommended as the optimal and efficient dose.
Dodi Pransiska Sihotang, Sulthon Parinduri Copyright (c) 2026 Dodi Pransiska Sihotang, Sulthon Parinduri https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2079 Tue, 28 Apr 2026 15:19:54 +0000 Peran Alumni dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 57 Tahun 2021 Tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan (Studi Kasus di Yayasan Miftahul Ulum Al-Yasini Kabupaten Pasuruan) https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2060
Educational quality is the result of a structured and sustainable management system involving all stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of alumni empowerment, identify its contribution to educational quality, and formulate an integrative conceptual model based on Empowerment Theory and Total Quality Management (TQM). This research employs a qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study design at the Miftahul Ulum Al-Yasini Foundation, Pasuruan Regency. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. Analysis of graduate data for the 2020–2024 period shows a total of 2,426 alumni, with a growth rate of 105.5% over the last three years. Interestingly, it was found that 60–65% of the teaching staff are internal alumni, reflecting a strong structural integration that has yet to be formally managed within a quality assurance system. This study produces an alumni empowerment model based on Empowerment-TQM, which positions alumni as strategic actors within the continuous quality improvement cycle. As a primary practical recommendation, the institution should immediately develop formal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and an integrated alumni data management system to convert alumni potential into a measurable force for quality assurance. This study provides a new theoretical contribution through the conceptual integration of empowerment theory and Islamic education quality management.
M. To address these challenges, several measures have been undertaken, such as continuous technical guidance and training, the application of performance-based reward and punishment mechanisms, stricter enforcement of reporting discipline, and the appointment of a Person in Charge (PIC) to handle technical problems. These findings indicate that optimizing the e-Performance system requires not only technological readiness but also improved competencies, stronger policies, and a proactive work culture
Ida Bagus Raka Suardana, Made Arimbawa, Ni Nyoman Sri Wisudawati, Nuning Indah Pratiwi Copyright (c) 2026 Ida Bagus Raka Suardana, Made Arimbawa https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2033 Thu, 30 Apr 2026 12:46:55 +0000 Kekosongan Regulasi dan Ketimpangan Fiskal Daerah di Sektor Kelautan: Kajian Normatif Atas Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2064
Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation (hereinafter the Job Creation Law) has fundamentally transformed business licensing governance in the marine sector. Through the Omnibus Law approach, this law centralizes authority that was previously decentralized to regional governments, particularly regarding marine spatial utilization licensing and regional levy collection. This study aims to examine the synchronization and harmonization of legal norms in the hierarchy of legislation after the enactment of the Job Creation Law in the marine sector, and to identify its legal implications for fiscal decentralization and Regional Original Revenue (PAD). This research employs a normative legal research method with a statutory approach. The findings indicate that the Job Creation Law creates a contradiction in terminis between norms granting authority in formal laws and norms limiting their implementation in implementing regulations, resulting in regulatory gaps at the regional level. Fiscal centralization through Government Regulation Number 85 of 2021 implies the loss of regional government potential revenue from the marine sector, estimated at IDR 205 billion from a single instrument alone, and worsens fiscal capacity disparities between regions. The regulatory framework needs refinement through proportional delegation of authority to regional governments, combined with administrative discretion under strict oversight and the formulation of local initiative regulations to address existing legal gaps.
Fahrur Rozi, Syofiarti Syofiarti, Dian Bakti Setiawan Copyright (c) 2026 Fahrur Rozi, Syofiarti Syofiarti, Dian Bakti Setiawan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2064 Thu, 30 Apr 2026 12:53:01 +0000 Membadankan (Embodying) Narasi dan Spiritualitas: Analisis Performativitas Seni Relief Pendopo Teras Candi Panataran Berdasarkan Konsep Embodiment https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2037
This article examines the narrative reliefs of the Pendopo Teras at Panataran Temple as an active visual-spatial medium that shapes the religious experience of its visitors. Nonetheless, a series of buying and selling transactions were carried out by individuals who did not have customary capacity, which ultimately resulted in the issuance of Certificates of Ownership and name change to parties outside the race. Using normative legal research methods and case study approaches, this study analyzes three dimensions of the problem: the validity of the transaction of buying and selling high-quality inherited land that has not been certified, the legality of the issuance of ownership certificates over customary land, and the validity of the process of changing the name of the certificate. The analytical framework used includes the theory of accountability, the theory of legal certainty, and the theory of justice. The results of the study show that the three processes contain multiple legal defects, namely violations of customary authorities, the absence of substantive verification by the National Land Agency (BPN), and the transfer of legal burdens between rights holders who are not in equal status. This study recommends the harmonization of the national land registration mechanism with customary law norms through the obligation of substantive customary verification before the issuance of certificates.
Dini Puspita Sari, Yuslim Yuslim, Hengki Andora Copyright (c) 2026 Dini Puspita Sari, Yuslim Yuslim, Hengki Andora https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2063 Thu, 30 Apr 2026 16:08:15 +0000 Student Engagement ditinjau dari School Climate pada Siswa SMP Negeri 1 Labuhan Deli https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2051
The goal of this study was to investigate the connection between student engagement and school climate at SMPNegeri 1 Labuhan Deli. The digitalization of regional regulation enforcement exemplifies the application of e-government principles, intended to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of regulatory enforcement personnel at the regional level. This study aims to examine the legal framework governing the Satpol PP's use of information technology in executing its regional regulatory enforcement duties. The research involved an analysis of pertinent laws and regulations, including Law Number 23 of 2014 regarding Regional Government, Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 16 of 2023 on Guidelines for the Nomenclature of Regional Apparatuses in Public Order, Security, and Community Protection, as well as associated policies regulating the application of information technology within the regional government framework. The findings of this study are anticipated to enhance the evolution of administrative law in the digital age, specifically in fortifying the legal framework for the enforcement of information technology-based regional regulations. The research findings are anticipated to offer recommendations for regional governments on formulating policies aligned with the principles of good governance, ensuring that digitalization not only expedites law enforcement processes but also safeguards citizens' rights and legal certainty in their execution. Most crucially, this study finds that the legal legitimacy of digital enforcement is conditioned by privacy-compliant governance: when Batam's Satpol PP processes complaint, surveillance, or violation data without sufficiently specific derivative rules on access, retention, and accountability, the efficiency gains of e-government risk colliding with citizens' privacy rights and weakening legal certainty.
Tedy Syamhudi, Indra Sakti, Dwi Afni Maileni, Agus Riyanto Copyright (c) 2026 Tedy Syamhudi, Indra Sakti, Dwi Afni Maileni, Agus Riyanto https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2052 Mon, 11 May 2026 07:58:02 +0000 Hedonisme dan Krisis Moral dalam Hukum: Analisis Filsafat Hukum Terhadap Degradasi Nilai Keadilan di Era Modern https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2070
The development of modern society, characterized by technological advancement, globalization, and shifting social interactions, has led to the emergence of a pleasure-oriented lifestyle known as hedonism. This phenomenon not only influences individual behavior but also affects the legal system, particularly in terms of morality and justice. This article aims to analyze the relationship between hedonism and the moral crisis in law, as well as its implications for the degradation of justice values from a legal philosophical perspective. This research employs a normative legal method with conceptual and philosophical approaches, examining utilitarianism, theories of justice, and virtue ethics. Furthermore, this study incorporates the assault case involving David Ozora as an empirical reflection of the moral crisis in modern society. The findings indicate that the dominance of hedonistic values tends to shift the orientation of law from substantive justice toward pragmatic interests and subjective satisfaction, thereby weakening the moral legitimacy of law. Therefore, it is necessary to reinforce the moral dimension of law to ensure the realization of fair and balanced justice. Practically, this study urges legal practitioners and policymakers to re-integrate ethical education and strict moral considerations into law enforcement processes to prevent further degradation of the justice system.
Hasya Ramania, Muh. It investigates how’s the implementation factors of —communication, resources, implementers’ disposition and bureaucratic structure/standard operating procedures (SOP)—shape enforcement effectiveness. Data were collected through a 1–5 Likert-scale questionnaire administered to all Satpol PP personnel in Batam (N=82) using a census technique and analyzed in SPSS using descriptive statistics, reliability testing and multiple linear regression. Reliability results indicate that all constructs are internally consistent (Cronbach’s Alpha: communication=0.86; resources=0.88; disposition=0.84; SOP=0.82; effectiveness=0.90). Descriptively, all variables fall within the “high” category, with mean scores of 3.74 (SD=0.56) for communication, 3.45 (SD=0.63) for resources, 3.88 (SD=0.52) for disposition, 3.60 (SD=0.58) for SOP and 3.51 (SD=0.65) for enforcement effectiveness. The regression model is statistically significant (F=34.96; p<0.001) and explains 64.5% of the variance in enforcement effectiveness (R²=0.645). At the partial level, resources (β=0.39; p<0.001), communication (β=0.28; p=0.002) and SOP (β=0.23; p=0.010) have significant positive effects, while disposition is not significant (p=0.201). These findings suggest that enforcement effectiveness is primarily driven by organizational capacity, consistent information flow and procedural clarity rather than individual attitudes alone. The study recommends strengthening the advertising-object database, standardizing escalation procedures within SOPs and enhancing inter-agency coordination to improve enforcement consistency. From a broader policy perspective, these findings indicate that enforcement effectiveness in Batam is shaped less by individual commitment alone than by the city’s ability to maintain a reliable advertising-object database, sustain inter-agency information consistency, and apply SOP-based escalation uniformly across cases. The practical implication of this study therefore lies in strengthening data-driven and procedurally standardized enforcement design, rather than treating effectiveness as a purely operational or attitudinal issue
Nono Haryadi, Isfandir Hutasoit, Rizki Tri Anugrah Bhakti, Edwal Kelvin Copyright (c) 2026 Nono Haryadi, Isfandir Hutasoit, Rizki Tri Anugrah Bhakti, Edwar Kelvin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2053 Mon, 11 May 2026 08:24:06 +0000 The Role of Satpol PP in Handling Buskers and Beggars in Batam City https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2055
This study aims to analyze the role of the Batam’s Satpol PP in handling buskers, vagrants and beggars from an administrative law perspective. The study focuses on operational actions, cross-agency coordination patterns, and implementation constraints that affect the sustainability of enforcement outcomes in public spaces. The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, field observations, and reviews of policy and administrative documents, analyzed using thematic analysis, strengthening trustworthiness through source and technique triangulation, audit trails, and adequate context descriptions. The results indicate that enforcement practices in Batam utilize a hybrid enforcement pattern, combining persuasive approaches, administrative actions, and situational enforcement according to the field context. Satpol PP plays a crucial role as a liaison between agencies, but its long-term effectiveness is limited by inconsistent referral channels, varying social service capacity, and a weak post-enforcement follow-up mechanism. The findings emphasize that the success of enforcement is not solely measured by the immediate restoration of order, but rather by the legality of actions, procedural proportionality, quality of coordination, and the sustainability of social impacts. The research contributes to strengthening administrative law studies by showing that effective handling requires integration between norm enforcement, social protection, and the design of more institutionalized cross-agency collaboration.
Devi Emelda Br Lumbantobing, Dwi Afni Maileni, Rizki Tri Anugrah Bhakti, Isfandir Hutasoit Copyright (c) 2026 Devi Emelda Br Lumbantobing, Dwi Afni Maileni, Rizki Tri Anugrah Bhakti, Isfandir Hutasoit https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2055 Mon, 11 May 2026 09:20:19 +0000 Discretion of Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) in Enforcing Regional Regulations: A Normative Review of Conditions, Limits and Accountability https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2054
This study aims to formulate the legal basis for the Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) discretion in enforcing regional regulations, focusing on the distinction between routine and discretionary authority, the conditions for exercising discretion, normative limits, and the legal accountability model. The study uses a normative juridical method with a statutory and conceptual approach. Primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials are analyzed through legal interpretation, systematic reasoning, and legal argumentation to develop operational parameters for testing discretion in the practice of enforcing regional regulations. The results show that the main problem does not lie in the existence of discretion, but rather in the absence of consistent parameters for assessing the validity, limits, and accountability of its use. The study produced six main findings, namely the classification of Satpol PP actions between routine and discretionary authority; formal and material conditions for the use of discretion; a matrix for testing the limits of discretion based on legality, general principles of good governance (AUPB), the purpose of authority and proportionality; a typology of risks of deviation; a legal accountability model; and the operational flow of discretion as a framework for institutional evaluation. The findings confirm that the Public Order Agency (Satpol PP)discretion remains legitimate within the framework of a state governed by law, provided it is based on clear authority, a documented rationale, appropriate position objectives, and verifiable accountability mechanisms. This research contributes to strengthening regional administrative law and improving governance to achieve more measurable and accountable regional regulatory enforcement. More specifically, the primary novelty of this study lies in the formulation of an operational flow of Satpol PP discretion that translates abstract principles of legality, AUPB, purpose of authority, proportionality, documentation, and correction into a sequential decision-making framework that can be applied institutionally in daily regional regulation enforcement.
Muhammad Nasar, Rizki Tri Anugrah Bhakti, Dwi Afni Maileni, Indra Sakti Copyright (c) 2026 Muhammad Nasar, Rizki Tri Anugrah Bhakti, Dwi Afni Maileni, Indra Sakti https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2054 Mon, 11 May 2026 09:43:45 +0000 Larangan Rangkap Jabatan Oleh Wakil Menteri pada Putusan MK Nomor 128/PUU-XXIII/2025 Perspektif Siyasah Qadhaiyyah https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2059
This study presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) that is sought in the range of 2018-2025, with nine selected studies to synthesize research trends, technical approaches, UI/UX patterns, and evaluation methods on mobile applications that support offline mode. The results of the analysis show that there is an increase in research attention in the 2021–2025 period and show that mobile applications with offline capabilities are relevant in various domains. From a technical point of view, offline support is generally achieved through local storage mechanisms, delayed synchronization, and data integrity controls such as hashing and validation. From a UI/UX perspective, explicit connection status labels, local save confirmations, and sync summaries play an important role in increasing system transparency and maintaining user trust. In addition, recent studies have begun to adopt a broader evaluation approach, including PACMAD-based assessments and scenario-based simulations to test the resilience of systems under conditions of limited or unavailable connectivity. The results showed that increasing PKC concentration increased ash and crude fiber content, while protein and fat content decreased, and moisture content remained relatively stable. Organoleptic evaluation indicated that the 20% substitution level had the highest acceptance. Statistical analysis showed significant effects on color, taste, and overall acceptance, but not on aroma and texture. These findings indicate that PKC has potential as a substitute material in tempe production, although higher concentrations reduce consumer acceptance. Practically, this study suggests that palm kernel cake can be utilized at an optimal substitution level (20%) in the food industry to produce nutritionally valuable, cost-effective, and acceptable tempe products.
Rivana Debora Simanjuntak, Giyanto Giyanto Copyright (c) 2026 Rivana Debora Simanjuntak, Giyanto Giyanto https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2088 Fri, 15 May 2026 22:35:23 +0000 Transformasi Tuntutan Kerja Menjadi Integrasi Kehidupan Kerja Melalui Penguatan Peran Sumber Daya Kerja https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2075
This study aims to examine the role of job resources in moderating the influence of challenge demands and hindrance demands on work-life integration. Operationally, challenge demands are defined as demands that trigger self-development, hindrance demands as obstacles to goal achievement, and job resources as physical and psychological support aspects. Work-life integration is the ability to harmoniously combine professional and personal role boundaries. The participants in the study included 223 career women working full-time as consultants in the Greater Jakarta area, married, and with children in intensive care. Data collection was done using an online questionnaire adapted from the Work-Life Integration Scale, the Job Demands Scale, and the Job Resources Scale of the JD-R model. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The results of Multiple Regression analysis using PROCESS Macro Model 1 showed that challenge demands had a significant positive effect on work-life integration (B = 0.988, p < .001). A unique finding contradictory to the general literature was found for hindrance demands, which also had a significant positive effect (B = 0.457, p < .001). Moderation analysis confirmed that job resources strengthened the positive relationship for both types of demands; acting as a boosting effect for challenge demands and an enhancing effect for hindrance demands. The implications of these findings suggest that for women in consulting careers, the primary integration strategy is not to minimize the burden, but to optimize the available workforce resources to transform pressure into integration opportunities.
Gabriella Salim, Zamralita Zamralita, Urip Purwono Copyright (c) 2026 Gabriella Salim, Zamralita Zamralita, Urip Purwono https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2075 Fri, 15 May 2026 22:44:58 +0000 The Effectiveness of Using Instagram Social Media to Improve Vocabulary Mastery of Eleventh-Grade Students at SMA Negeri 4 Purworejo in the Academic Year of 2025/2026 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2062
The Effectiveness of Using Instagram Social Media to Improve Vocabulary Mastery of Eleventh Grade Students at SMA Negeri 4 Purworejo in The Academic Year of 2025/2026. While Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly demanded as a strategic enabler to manage these complexities, its specific application within remote IT environments, particularly through the principles-based PMBOK7 framework, remains underexplored. To address this literature gap, this study presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) analyzing peer-reviewed literature published between 2021 and 2026. The review identifies 11 empirically validated studies and extracted 8 unique AI implementations, namely machine learning, natural language processing, neural network, multi-agent systems, large language model, fuzzy logic, genetic algorithm, and probability graph models. These technological implementations are systematically mapped across the eight PMBOK7 performance domains and five primary areas of change in remote IT work. The findings indicate that while empirical AI implementation in this domain is still in its infancy, it fundamentally enhances aspects like stakeholder communication, team flexibility, data-driven project planning, and holistic view of the project for project managers. Ultimately, this study serves as a foundational stepping stone for global IT organizations transitioning toward AI-assisted distributed project management
Seto Adhi Prasetyo, Teguh Raharjo, Anita Nur Fitriani Copyright (c) 2026 Seto Adhi Prasetyo, Teguh Raharjo, Anita Nur Fitriani https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2083 Mon, 18 May 2026 07:37:13 +0000 Dilema Pewarisan Data Digital untuk Pengembangan Pendidikan Indonesia: Perspektif tentang Forensik, Etika, dan Hukum Privasi https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2074
The transition to the digital age has transformed the concept of inheritance, as non-financial digital assets now hold significant emotional and personal value; however, access to such data has sparked a conflict between post-mortem privacy rights and the legitimate access needs of heirs. One of the tools used for this purpose is the spooltag system, which functions as a spool identification tool throughout the fabrication and installation processes. However, in practice, several issues are still encountered, including data inconsistencies, differences in standardization across projects, delays in locating spools, and the lack of an effective digital tracking system. This study aims to analyze user satisfaction with the pipe spool information management system and to identify existing problems as well as development needs related to the spooltag system in the oil and gas fabrication industry. This research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using a survey method through the distribution of online questionnaires based on a Likert scale to 20 respondents consisting of practitioners such as Piping Engineers, Fabrication Engineers, Construction Engineers, Material Controllers, Supervisors, and other related personnel. The data were analyzed descriptively using bar charts and respondent perception analysis, supported by the evaluation of open-ended responses. The findings reveal that the majority of respondents perceived the current spooltag system as beneficial for identifying spools in the field, facilitating material retrieval in laydown areas, supporting erection and installation activities, and improving coordination among departments. However, respondents also indicated that spooltag standardization still needs improvement, naming formats should be simplified and made more informative, and digital spool tracking systems as well as integration among drawing, fabrication, laydown, and installation processes are strongly required. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the current spooltag system has provided significant benefits to project operations; however, further development toward a more standardized, digital, integrated, and user-friendly system is still necessary to enhance efficiency, accuracy, traceability, and productivity in oil and gas fabrication projects
Abdul Munir, Abdul Hamid Arribathi, Arina Luthfini Lubis Copyright (c) 2026 ABDUL MUNIR, Abdul Hamid Arribathi, Arina Luthfini Lubis https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2098 Tue, 19 May 2026 09:34:16 +0000 Analisis Balik dan Metode Stabilisasi pada Pemantauan Lereng Menggunakan Slope Stability Radar Tambang Pit 2 Banko Barat PT Bukit Asam Tbk https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2101
This study aims to examine the causes of slope instability and to produce a more representative color-zoning threshold-based early warning system on the lowwall slope of Pit 2 Banko Barat. The novelty of this study lies in the preparation of an actual color-zoning threshold developed from specific slope conditions and actual field data, rather than only referring to the general threshold of the ESDM guidelines that use general deformation parameters. This research threshold integrates several key parameters, namely the safety factor (FK), landslide probability, slope deformation from Slope Stability Radar (SSR) monitoring, rainfall, and groundwater level conditions so that it is more sensitive in detecting changes in slope behavior before a landslide occurs. The research method uses a quantitative approach through back analysis by utilizing SSR monitoring data, rainfall, groundwater level, and rock characteristics. The results show that landslides are influenced by the presence of weak layers and slope saturation due to high rainfall of 67.87–189.42 mm. The slope deformation rate reaches 16.3–18 mm/hour which indicates a state of alert to critical. Increased rainfall caused a rise in groundwater levels at the BKGT 105 drilling point to 4.57 m and BKGT 106 to 18.57 m, thereby reducing the shear strength of the rock. The resulting color zoning threshold consists of green zones (<5 mm/day), yellow (5–10 mm/day), orange (≥10 mm/day), and red (>30 mm/day). This system is able to describe the stages of landslide development in more detail and adaptively than general thresholds because it considers the actual geotechnical and hydrogeological conditions of the slope. Mitigation efforts were carried out through slope reshaping, surface water control, and the addition of counterweights at the toe of the slope. The application of color zoning-based thresholds has been proven to improve the accuracy of the early warning system and the effectiveness of landslide mitigation on the lowwall slope of Pit 2 Banko Barat
Neci Agus Pranteno, Maulana Yusuf, Taufik Toha Copyright (c) 2026 Neci Agus Pranteno, Maulana Yusuf, Taufik Toha https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2101 Tue, 19 May 2026 00:00:00 +0000 Digital Transformation Readiness of Hospital Information Management Systems: The Role of Technology and IT Personnel Strategies at Teaching Hospital https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2104
The digital transformation of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) has become an urgent necessity, particularly for teaching hospitals that fulfill the triple mission of healthcare service, education, and research. The gap between technological planning and Information Technology Human Resource (IT HR) readiness is a primary barrier to implementation, even when future business process flows are carefully designed. This study intends to develop an integrated HIS digital transformation roadmap aligned with technological and IT HR strategies for the 2026–2029 period. A qualitative case study approach was used, focusing on the IT division of a teaching hospital in Indonesia. Data were collected through a documentation study of the Hospital’s 2025–2029 Strategic Plan, in-depth interviews with five key informants representing IT division, and observations. Data analysis followed a strategic cascading framework, integrating the Ward and Peppard, the Balanced Scorecard, and Bernard Marr’s Future Skills framework. The findings identify eight primary technology strategy clusters and eight IT HR competency domains encompassing technical, human, and business skills. The Balanced Scorecard analysis produced sixteen measurable strategic objectives. The resulting integrated roadmap is divided into four phases, operating on the principle that IT HR competency development must precede the implementation of new technologies. In general, the K content was classified as moderate and C-organic was classified as low in both land conditions. The t-test results showed no significant difference between flat and sloping land regarding the analyze dnutrient content. Soil functions as a medium for providing nutrients, but intensive management and continuous use of chemical fertilizers can reduce soil quality, especially organic matter. Therefore, analysis of N, P, K and C-organic is necessary to evaluate soil fertility and determine the appropriate fertilization strategy. The elements N, P, and K are essential macronutrients for plant growth, while organic C plays a role in improving the physical, chemical, and biological properties of the soil. The research was conducted at the Silau Dunia Plantation, Afdeling III, PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I from February 2026 to May 2026, using a comparative quantitative method with laboratory analysis. Soil samples were taken purposively on flat and sloping land using the composite method (three replications). The parameters analyzed included total N, available P, K, and organic C, then tested using a t-test. The results showed that total N was low, available P was high, K was moderate, and organic C was low in both land conditions. There was no significant difference between flat and sloping land. Nutrient variations are thought to be more influenced by land management, fertilization, and environmental conditions.
Riki Rikardo Simanjuntak, Saroha Manurung, Aulia Juanda Djaingsastro Copyright (c) 2026 Riki Rikardo Simanjuntak, Saroha Manurung https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2112 Wed, 20 May 2026 01:56:44 +0000 AI-Based Digital Transformation Strategy: A Case Study of XYZ Hospital https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2113
Teaching hospitals in developing countries face a critical challenge in adopting artificial intelligence (AI) due to the absence of structured roadmaps aligned with institutional strategy and business processes. This study presents an AI-based digital transformation roadmap for XYZ Hospital, a university-affiliated teaching hospital in Indonesia with a triple mission of clinical service, medical education, and health research. A qualitative case study approach was employed, with primary data collected through interviews with the hospital's Project Management Office and analysis of institutional documents including an IT assessment, a business process mapping workbook of 54 processes cross-referenced against STARKES 2024, JCI 8th Edition, and HIMSS EMRAM standards, and the hospital's Strategic Plan 2025-2029. An IS/IT Strategy framework was applied through three sequential analytical tables translating organizational strategy into information systems and technology requirements. The analysis revealed significant digital maturity gaps across infrastructure, data integration, governance, and talent dimensions. The resulting roadmap spans three phases: digital foundation (2025-2026), initial AI deployment covering clinical decision support systems for real-time diagnostic alerts and automated discharge summary generation (2026-2027), and advanced analytics with smart hospital features (2028-2029). This roadmap provides structured guidance for XYZ Hospital and serves as a replicable reference for other teaching hospitals pursuing AI adoption
Rizki Ananta, Deasy Farah Utari, Riri Satria Copyright (c) 2026 Rizki Ananta, Deasy Farah Utari https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2113 Wed, 20 May 2026 17:39:14 +0000 Implementasi Pembelajaran Tari Tradisional dalam Membentuk Karakter Disiplin, Kerja Sama, dan Percaya Diri Peserta Didik di Sanggar Tari Sang Citra Budaya Surakarta https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2126
This study aims to analyze the implementation of traditional dance learning in developing students’ discipline, cooperation, and self-confidence at Sanggar Tari Sang Citra Budaya Surakarta. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with the studio leader, instructors, and students as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of traditional dance learning is carried out through three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning stage includes determining learning materials, arranging practice schedules, and grouping students based on their ability levels. The implementation stage emphasized discipline in attendance, active participation in group practice, and readiness for performances. Discipline is reflected in punctuality and compliance with instructors’ directions, cooperation is shown through interaction and coordination among students, while self-confidence develops through performance experiences. In addition, instructors act as facilitators, motivators, and mentors in the learning process, while students show positive responses toward the activities. Evaluation was conducted by observing the development of students’ technical skills and attitudes during the learning process. Thus, traditional dance learning functions as an effective medium for character education. These findings indicate that practice-based traditional dance learning can serve as a character education model in nonformal education through habituation, direct experience, and students’ emotional engagement
Monica Lintang Orlendita, Muhammad Jazuli Copyright (c) 2026 Monica Lintang Orlendita, Muhammad Jazuli https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2126 Wed, 20 May 2026 19:19:18 +0000 Pengaruh Kepatuhan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Produktivitas Kerja PT OTA Indonesia https://jurnal.ranahresearch.com/index.php/R2J/article/view/2117
This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational health and safety compliance and the physical work environment on employee productivity at PT.
