Analisis Kesesuaian Minat Melalui Tes RMIB dan Tes Holland pada Perencanaan Karir Mahasiswa Program Studi Psikologi Universitas Indonesia Membangun Tahun Angkatan 2022

Abstract
Career planning for the future is very important to be prepared by students, in addition to the existence of interest in a profession or dream job field is something that is inherent in a person. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. This study analyzes the suitability of professional interests or dream jobs that students have with the results of the RMIB and Holland Tests and the suitability of these interests with career planning. The results of this study show that the results of the RMIB and Holland Tests are related to the desired profession and all research subjects have the same desire to pursue a career in the field of Psychology which is in accordance with the educational background being pursued.
